You must be a Filipino currently employed in Singapore. You should be a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program and/or a Registered Nurse and have a minimum of six months relevant working experience as a nurse, preferably from elderly or disabled care facilities.

For cleaning jobs the process is very straightforward; first we need to have your future employer confirmed, then residence/work permit approved, you have to clear your medical checks and a basic language course, and you’re ready to go within approximately three to four months.
For caregiving and nursing positions, the process takes a bit longer, as you will do your Finnish language studies for approximately six months before relocating to Finland. With the initial interviews, medical check and residence/work permit process, the total time is roughly nine months. After finishing your language studies, and once we have your future employer confirmed, you can move to Finland for your apprenticeship for Practical Nursing, and start working in elderly or disabled care facilities.
-
You will have no costs for the hiring, relocation or language training process. Once in Finland, you will have to pay your own costs: housing, insurance, food, mobile bills and bus passes etc.
